Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–2 weeks before shipping. During high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer — we'll notify you if there's a significant delay.

Shipping Destinations We currently ship primarily to the United States.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address.

Duties and Taxes Our shipping is delivered duty paid (DDP) where applicable — meaning applicable import duties are included in your shipping cost, so you should not be charged additional customs fees on delivery for orders shipped this way. 

Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Delays While we do our best to meet estimated delivery times, delays can occur due to carrier issues, customs processing, or events outside our control.
